DEFINITIONS:-
"the Company" =Howard Jackson Associates Ltd
"Candidate" = Any person with whom the Company has dealt with a view to placing that person in employment with a client or any person who contacts the Company with the intention of using the Company to help secure suitable employment.
"Client" = Any business, whether a person, firm or corporation, with whom or with which the Company has placed an applicant or with whom or with which the Company has to any material extent dealt with a view to placing a Candidate for employment.
DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
Howard Jackson Associates Ltd (The Company) website will be utilised in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any subsequent amendment to the said legislation applicable within part or the whole of the United Kingdom.
DIRECT MARKETING
The Company will not use data, supplied to them via the Internet or by any other means, for the purpose of direct marketing, nor will they supply data to any third party for the purpose of direct marketing.
CLIENT INFORMATION
The Company will utilise information supplied by Clients in order to advertise current vacancies on behalf of the said clients. The submission of information by the Client Company to the Company is on the basis that upon provision of information permission is given to the Company to utilise such information. Client company names, logo, names of company directors and/or personnel, will not be used unless the Client gives specific permission to utilise the same. Client Company information supplied to the Company is stored on a separate database that cannot be accessed via the Internet.
CANDIDATE INFORMATION
Curriculum Vitae (CV`s) supplied to the Company by candidates are held on a separate database and they are not accessible via the Internet. It is not the Company policy to supply the candidate CV`s to the Client. A selection of CV`s are from time to time displayed on the Company website. CV`s displayed on the website are not traceable to any individual, names, addresses, contact details, company names and company contact details are removed. When registering for Jobmail the information supplied by the candidate will be used by the Company to assist with the process of selecting suitable vacancies, such information will not be passed to any third party.
