THE ROLE
Due to the unprecedented success of our nationwide operation we are now entering into a further phase of expansion. We seek three highly motivated and ambitious professionals from an IT Sales recruitment background. You will be looking for a career opportunity and a unique chance to join a progressive company in the most lucrative sector of a dynamic industry.

TRAINING
An intensive induction is given in Manchester and further ongoing training is timetabled and monitored. This includes 1 to 1 training, observation, role-plays and recorded training sessions.  Giving you an accelerated progression to a consultancy role within one of our well established offices in either St Albans or Birmingham.

REMUNERATION
A competitive basic salary is paid together with negotiable guarantees, benefits package and substantial OTE.  There are several incentive schemes that are run each year – many of our staff have enjoyed trips to New York, Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Rome and many other European Cities. We also enjoy a "Corporate Weekend" each year at such events as "The British Open" or "The Races".

THE PERSON
Should have IT Recruitment experience.
Should be aged 22-33.
Should be educated to degree level
Seeking a challenging and dynamic role.
Should be looking for a career in a targeted sales environment.
Must have energy, determination and a winning streak.
